The Sri Devi Club players and officials during last years KL OpenThe Sri Devi Kabaddi Club is hosting an invitational kabaddi tournament on Friday 8th May, 2009 in Puchong.
The tournament would be held from 6.30pm with the latter matches being played under floodlights.
The tournament, sanctioned by the Kuala Lumpur Kabaddi Association (KAKL), is being held in conjunction with the launch of the clubs kabaddi grounds in Puchong.
The club is perhaps the first in Malaysia to have the facilities to have an outdoor ground with floodlights to call their homeground.
Leading teams from the Premier League Kabaddi are expected to be among the eight teams participating in the knockout tournament.
